Your All My SEO Link Biatches Now!
Amazing what the Title Tag can do for a web page. Good title tags that reinforce what a page is all about can help not only with rankings but also persuade a person browsing the search engine results pages to click your link.
Sadly, nowadays, when I’m hunting for something on the web, I get fed-up quickly seeing all these cloned titles in front of my eyes. There bland and unimaginable. My scenario seems to be…right-click on a link > select open in new tab > have a glance > close tab…scan the results again. The top pages for any keyword search is like a uniformed row of Terracotta Warriors – all similar from a distance, yet with subtle differences. Seems that someone has been listening, only too well. Hello Dave!

So, what am I getting at! “Try to be different” is a phrase and a philosophy I have been meddling with lately. No, I’m not wanting to be the attention-seeking-brat in the corner screaming “Oh, look at me, look at me!”, I have three kids I know how tedious and nerve gratingly annoying this approach is. More, I want to disregard that comforting cloak of familiarity? Good and click-able titles can be achieved while still keeping within the laws of SEO requirements. They just need nurtured a little.
I’m currently experimenting with a few things to try and break the imitated title limbo that currently haunts the search rankings. Hopefully, I’ll start to get a few good extra click’s just by being a wee bit more imaginative. God, why do I have that Queen song, “I Want to Break Free”, running through my head now. If that fails well there’s always the Circus to turn too!
