		<description>Facebook are definately coming up in the world, especially with their moves to allow different &quot;groups&quot; to see different levels of your feed / profile.

I&#039;ve also tried running Ad campaigns on Facebook; these were for an ISP, a fairly tricky product to sell - considering someone who is on FB is already online, they would appear to already have the product.

In the end, I found the performance to be less than Google Adwords on average. Even after trimming out the lower performing demographics, it was still just a tad more expensive than Google.

It would probably work quite well for socio-geared marketing though - like a free beer at your local bar or similar... something that could go viral.</description>
